A Southern folk art and Georgia pottery exhibition, co-curated by Steve Slotin and Michael A. Crocker. The exhibit showcases works by Southern folk artists and potters, such as a collection of works by the historically significant North Georgia Meaders family potters, including Cheever, Arie & Lanier Meaders face jugs. Works on loan from several local collections include such significant artists as Howard Finster and Minnie Evans as well as several ‘Memory Paintings’ from Georgia’s own Mattie Lou O’Kelley and Louisiana’s Clementine Hunter.
